Spaghetti success

Thank you to all who attended our spaghetti dinner on March 2. Over 350 people came together and ate 40 pounds of spaghetti, 24 gallons of spaghetti sauce, 50 pounds of meatballs and 300 cookies! Over $1,300 was raised for Opportunity Partners! Special thanks to members of the Hopkins Noontime and St. Louis Park Lions, Thrivent Financial and Great Harvest Bread Company for their support.

Service Redesign - successes ahead

Congratulations to Jerry, Jonathan and Lindsey who recently landed jobs with Aramark at the Anoka County Jail. They were Opportunity Partners' first graduates of our Anoka My Career Path program, which aims to help people reach their goals of working competitively in the community. Their success is in part due to our Service Redesign efforts now underway. As we look to expand community integration and independent employment, our goal is to continue to offer choices to individuals while encouraging and supporting people who are ready to take that next step to a competitive, community job. It's an exciting time for everyone - watch for more information.
