Volunteers Needed
Are you looking for a way to help provide scholarships to Colorado High School Students attending University of Nebraska? Will you please consider volunteering for a watch partner location? We will be working to staff with volunteers specific locations first to ensure resources are used the best way possible.

[email protected] with your availability for games and location. For a site to have items for volunteers, we need to have at least half the season scheduled with volunteers for a specific location.
We also need volunteers to help with many other portions of Coloradans for Nebraska activities from web site maintenance, emails, and more. Please consider donating of your time for our young adults.

2016 / 2017 Co4NU Memberships
The 2016 / 2017 Coloradans for Nebraska membership is available to be ordered in our online store or at one of our watch partner locations that has a volunteer present. Membership runs from July to July.
With Membership you receive discounts at our watch partner locations, member only pricing at Co4NU events, entry in member only drawings, and more.
Thank you to all of those that have already become members for 2016 / 2017!
Membership cards for 2016 / 2017 have a black border and states it is valid through July of 2017.

Where to Watch Games When Traveling
There are chapters of the Nebraska Alumni Association throughout the world. There's a good possibility there may be a chapter or spirit group near your destination away from home so you can enjoy the game at another Sea of Red.
To find watch locations, vist the
Nebraska Alumni Site and choose the region you will be traveling too. Chapters always enjoy out of town guests!

. Please join us at one of our watch partner locations, listed below, to enjoy the game with other Huskers. Those locations that have an * (asterisk) by them will have volunteers present for this game and will have memberships for sale, Coloradans for Nebraska merchandise, and half-time drawings.
This year, the volunteers will select prizes for each game based on what they have available and the number of guests present. There will be both general prizes, where you can get more chances with cash donations to the scholarship fund, and the membership prize drawings for Co4NU current members. The volunteers will also decide if they want to give members the opportunity to select which prize they want or to pull from all of the tickets for the prizes.

TeamMates Mentoring Program Fundraiser
On Saturday, October 15th, Coloradans for Nebraska will be holding a special fundraiser, Benders Bar & Grill, and Swingers Sports Lounge & Grill. Tickets will be $10 a piece and the drawing will be held during the 4th quarter of the Nebraska vs. Indiana football game. The funds from these special drawings will go to TeamMates Mentoring Program which was founded by Tom and Nancy Osborne.

News from Big Red of the Rockies
On Saturday, October 29th, Jesse Kosch plans to have the traveling Big Red of the Rockies store at Bender's Bar & Grill in Westminster. What a perfect place to be for the Nebraska vs Wisconsin football game!
On Saturday, November 5th, plan on being at Swingers Sports Lounge and Grill in Lone Tree as Jesse Kosch will have the traveling Big Red of the Rockies store there for the Nebraska vs Ohio State football game.

Big Ten at the Avalanche
Save the date - February 19th will be Big Ten at the Avalanche event. This is a Sunday. Right now it looks like ticket prices will be $31 and $71 a piece with a $15 voucher for each ticket to be used towards food, drink, or merchandise. Look for links in the near future to participate.

Mark your calendar for Friday, February 17, 2017 as we will be holding the Coloradans for Nebraska annual wine tasting at Noonan's Event Center in Aurora pairing food with wines from James Arthur Vineyards in Raymond, Nebraska. Football Friday
Begin your Husker weekends this fall with other alumni and fans at Football Fridays! The NAA's event is back at the Wick Alumni Center for select home games and then also at select away games. Football Fridays include appearances by former players and other special guests; visits from the Husker Spirit Squad, mascots, and pep band; Husker football analysis; Runzas and Valentions Pizza for purchase, and children activities. Coloradans for Nebraska partner, Hail Varsity is now having Friday Night Tailgates at the Railyard. This event will be held from 4:00 to 6:30 on Nebraska Football Home Game Days.
"Hail Varsity has been looking for an opportunity to build more personal relationships with our loyal readers and listeners," Hail Varsity founder and CEO Aaron Babcock said. "We wanted to create an event where fans could spend time with former Huskers while kicking off their gameday weekends."
