Cleveland Clinic Florida has outgrown it space at CityPlace Tower in West Palm Beach and is exploring a move to a larger site downtown, several real estate sources say.

Cleveland Clinic's desire to move to a larger facility underscores the success the medical center has enjoyed since it first opened at the CityPlace Tower in 2007. Cleveland Clinic's Health and Wellness Center is up to 30,000 square feet and includes patient exam rooms and diagnostic services.

Miami Based Health Attorneys Selected as "Most Effective 2012" for Complex Case

Lash & Goldberg partners Alan D. Lash, Martin B. Goldberg and Justin C. Fineberg have been selected by the Daily Business Review as "Most Effective Lawyers" for 2012 in the Arbitration Category. The lawyers won for their representation of Boca Raton Regional Hospital (BRRH) in a complex case where they prevailed over a wholly-owned subsidiary of a multi-national pharmaceutical conglomerate.

The hospital won the arbitration judgment in a breach-of-contract case that initially saw AstraZeneca's subsidiary Aptium Oncology, operators of the hospital's Comprehensive Cancer Center, sue for $43 million in damages. The hospital countered with a wrongful termination claim. In her 61-page ruling former Third District Court of Appeals Judge Melvia B. Green issued the $7 million award to the hospital, plus attorneys' fees

BRRH is led by Jerry Fedele.
