With Insurance Careers Month underway, now the time to make your impact!

Gamma Iota Sigma has already been named a top influencer on Twitter by the Insurance Careers Movement.  We are gaining traction with our efforts! Thank you to all who are participating and engaging in ICM!

As an i ndividual, you can participate in ICM in February in a variety of ways. Please l ike and share GIS posts or posts from other participating companies, using the hashtag for the movement #CareerTrifecta in your posts! 

Be sure to tweet, re-tweet, share, like and follow partner and industry organizations. Consider ways that you and your organization can create more interest in insurance careers!  

Our students created videos that you can find on the GIS Grand Chapter Facebook and Twitter pages and on the Grand Chapter YouTube Channel.  This contest is intended to engage your membership to spread the word about careers in insurance, risk management and actuarial science.

Alumni from Temple and GIS wanted to start 2017 off strong with a Co-sponsored Happy Hour to bring together the NYC community. This event was the first of many for both organizations for 2017. Pictured on the right small portion of our group from our 2017 Co-sponsored Kick Off event with Temple University Alumni at the Perfect Pint in January (pictured below). 

Another very active Alumni Council is  Chicago. This group held another successful happy hour on January 20th (pictured below).
