We can't wait to set sail with you in just a few weeks! Please note some important deadlines and last minute information below. 

Transfer Deadline 
If you wish to use the Royal Caribbean transfer service to shuttle to and/or from the airport and ship, your reservation must be booked by Wednesday, May 3. Fees do apply. To reserve a transfer, e-mail shandibrinkman@gammill.com

Transfer Instructions & Vouchers
If you booked a transfer or hotel stay through Gammill/Royal Caribbean, vouchers are available in your online Guest Ticket Booklet (see below or click here for instructions on how to obtain this). Please print these vouchers. The vouchers include instructions about your transfers. If you are taking a transfer from the airport to the ship, you will meet the Royal Caribbean representative at baggage claim.  This includes those who are staying at a hotel and returning to the airport the morning of May 14 for pickup. 
Reservation Change Deadline
Any changes to your reservation, such as a misspelled name, addition of allergies, CPAP water request, etc. must be made prior to Wednesday, May 10.  Please e-mail 
shandibrinkman@gammill.com to make changes. 


Online Check In & SetSail Pass
We highly encourage you to complete online check-in and obtain your SetSail Pass, which is your boarding pass, no later than 4 days prior to setting sail.  This will allow you the chance to confirm all of your information is correct - such as name and date of birth. And, it will speed up the process when you arrive at the pier. To complete online check in visit royalcaribbean.com, click on "already booked", choose "online check-in", input your personal information.  There will be four steps to the online chick-in per person. Once all steps are completed, the guest will be able to print their Set Sail Pass. If you have difficulty completing online check in, please contact shandibrinkman@gammill.com



Address Changes
We will be mailing a few pre-cruise goodies to you. If your mailing address has changed since cruise registration, please let us know by e-mailing shandibrinkman@gammill.com. To our international friends, we will have your packets on the ship at the cocktail reception (see below). 

Electronic Ticket Booklet
Each guest has the option to view and print their Guest Ticket Booklet online via our Royal Caribbean Website. This booklet is not needed for sailing purposes. However, on the last page there are printable luggage tags, as well as transfer or hotel vouchers if purchased as part of your cruise package. Printing the luggage tags is an option as they will be provided at the pier. To obtain your booklet, visit royalcaribbean.com, click on the "Already Booked" tab and select "Before you Go." Next, choose "Countdown to Cruise". Enter your name, reservation number and the ship information (Liberty of the Seas). Click on "Cruise Documentation" then select "Check Status" under Guest Vacation Documents and click on "View Documents" or "Print Documents."


Cocktail Reception 
Come meet your fellow quilters and friends! We will have a welcome cocktail reception at 4:30 p.m. in the Star Lounge on May 14.  All those who are traveling with the Gammill party are welcome to attend. Dinner will follow at 5:30 p.m. in the Main Dining Hall. 

Laptops
If you wish to use a laptop, please make sure it is charged prior to your classes. Outlets will not be available in class. We encourage you to load CS7 prior to the cruise gammill.com/creativestudio7

1. Register for classes & review your schedule
All class requests have been addressed. If you have any further questions or need assistance with classes, please contact shandibrinkman@gammill.com as soon as possible. 

2. Arrange Transportation to the pier
Deadline to book transfers is May 3
Make sure you will arrive on time! Check your Set Sail Pass check-in details.

3. Make sure you have proper identification
View the Royal Caribbean guidelines by clicking here. 

4. Complete Online Check-In & Print your SetSail Pass

Tip! Your luggage tags are available in the booklet for you to print ahead of time or you may retrieve them at the pier.

6. Print hotel and transfer vouchers (if applicable)
If you booked a transfer or hotel through Gammill/Royal Caribbean, print your vouchers, which will be o n the final page of your Electronic Ticket Booklet.

7. Book any "extras" 
Each guest has the option to purchase excursions online via the Royal Caribbean Website or onboard via the Excursions Desk. This includes amentities such as excursions, drink packages, Internet, etc.  Click here for instructions. Deadline to make online reservations is 4 days before sailing.

8. Notify us if you use a CPAP or have food allergies
If you want the cruiseline to provide distilled water and an extension cord for your CPAP. Or, if you would like for them to be aware of food allergies, please notify shandibrinkman@gammill.com.

9. Pack! 
Dinner in the main dining hall includes 2 "formal" nights.  Click here for more information about
