This workshop will focus on 6 benefits of integrating mindfulness into the business culture of your company. Using the acronym ENGAGE , practical applications of mindfulness will be shared which allow for increased employee engagement, creativity, collaboration and problem solving through:

Who is Gayle?
The workshop leader is Gayle van Gils (pictured right). Gayle is the author of   Happier at Work: The Power of Love to Transform the Workplace

Gayle is:

  • A Corporate Mindful Leadership Facilitator and Coach and Speaker.
  • A SIY Certified Teacher teaching mindfulness and emotional intelligence based on neuroscience, in the program developed and tested at GOOGLE.
  • A former faculty member in the New Agreements Coaching and Leadership Institute and The Naropa Authentic Leadership program.
  • A senior meditation and mindfulness teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage.
