Introducing: Client QA 
 
Collect feedback from your clients with the new Quality Assurance (QA) feature in Generations. Available for Generations Telephony subscribers, Client QA ratings are completed via the mobile app or an automated call. All real-time Client QA feedback can be viewed in Generations making it easy to track and respond-quickly.
