The Children's Bureau has released a new Q&A to clarify questions related to one of the provisions of the recently passed Preventing Sex Trafficking and Strengthening Families Act. The Q&A discusses the successor guardianship provision, which allows guardianship payments for children to be transferred to the care of a another named successor guardian if the child's guardian dies or is otherwise unable to care for them. It's Award Season at Generations United

Hollywood's award season might be over. But we're just getting started!
