Genesis CCDs & Prime BCBSRI meds now in Viewer!
CurrentCare Viewer now includes Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) from Genesis Health Center's nine Skilled Nursing Facilities in Rhode Island. These CCDs include up-to-date clinical documentation such as problem lists, medication information, and allergies.
In the CurrentCare Viewer, CCDs are called Medical Record Summaries and can be found in the Documents tab.
Prime: The Pharmacy Benefit Manager for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Rhode Island is also now live in the Viewer. Dispensed medications will show under the Viewer's Medications tab. The code for Prime will be listed in the Source column as "PRIMBCBSRI."
