School's out . . . summer's here . . . time to enjoy our decks and yards!

It's great to get outside again enjoying BBQ's, friends and evenings outdoors.  But it's also a time when we start to notice some of the exterior damage that's happened over the winter. 

If you're noticing damage to your deck, here's some information about how to replace boards. 
 
 


 
Power Washing and Staining
An important tool to maintaining the life of your deck and fencing is to make sure you clean and stain (or waterproof) it every 2 to 3 years.  Not only will it improve the look of your wood, it will also prevent rotting.  Here are two examples of "before" and "after" pictures of clean and treated wood.
