Aging & Caregiving Reverse Pitches Event - OCT. 10th
Hosted by MeHI in partnership with Aging 2.0
On October 10th at 5pm, MeHI, Aging 2.0, and Continuum are sponsoring an Aging and Caregiving Digital Health Reverse Pitch event. At the event, key players in the aging services sector will present on the biggest challenges faced by providers, clients, and caregivers in the aging services market, to help the Commonwealth's digital health entrepreneurs better understand these challenges and bring entrepreneurial energy toward solving them.
This event is part of MeHI's work with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and the Baker-Polito Administration to advance the Commonwealth's
Digital Health Initiative. Under the Digital Health Initiative, MeHI is working with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) and Secretary Bonner on a Healthy Aging and Caregiver Initiative to identify key challenges for organizations and individuals that serve older adults with complex care needs, where technology can provide solutions that are both likely to make an impact and fit into providers' business models. There are many digital health entrepreneurs here in Massachusetts working on solutions to these challenges, and this event aims to help those entrepreneurs focus their innovations on the very real challenges faced by long-term care providers and the seniors they serve.
WHEN:
Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017 | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
