Over 80 organizations gathered at the College of Holy Cross in Worcester for Working on Wellness' Sharing Successes in Creating a Culture of Health event in October. Working on Wellness participants came together to learn from one another's experiences in the program, build relationships across cohorts, and meet Working on Wellness staff for the first time.
The event feedback suggested the need for a database with worksite wellness interventions that have been implemented by current and past Working on Wellness participants. We are happy to announce that the Participant Intervention Database has been launched! This database is a public resource with a list of interventions developed and implemented by Working on Wellness participants. Interventions are categorized by the health topic they address and type of intervention. For example, if your organization is looking to implement a policy to address improved nutrition among staff, check out the examples from Working on Wellness graduates in the database!
The database is now available here
and will be updated regularly to incorporate additional interventions as they are implemented across Massachusetts. If you have an intervention you'd like included, please
submit this brief form
. For questions related to the Participant Intervention Database, please contact Erica Pike at
