I've teamed up with Pilates Guru Jayne O'Brien 

to bring you a taster workshop of nutrition and 

Pilates. You will tone up your body and learn 

which foods to eat to lose weight before you hit

 the beach this summer.

at the intimate Ken Physio studios:

The hour workshop includes: 

  • 30 minute simplified Pilates matt session 
  • 30 minute informative talk from Miss Nutritionist  who will tell you how to lose weight.
