 | | A clip of one of my voice lessons with Valerie, a student who has been taking for a couple years. I use a lot of movement in my lessons (that's why she's ridiculously twirling her hands above her head). If you're into it, you can try this little lesson along with us. |

My 2011 Goals
|
1. Finish my walk in closet 2. Remember to take my Vitamin D everyday. 3. Go to the library more...I buy too many books and can't afford them. I'm especially addictive to self-help books for business. Weird, right? 4. Be consistent. 5. Eat one salad a day. 6. Start the morning with some stretching. I'm getting older and I heard you should do that. 7. Be authentic. I teach that everyday in my various classes, so I should practice. 8. Play piano and sing for myself at an open mic. I've never done this and curious what it would be like. 9. Be bold. 10. Be creative. What are yours?

Happy New Year to You!
Happy 2011! The fam and I had a great holiday. What did I do? I pretty much ate. After 3 months of dieting for Becoming Britney (that's what you do when you're 34 and on stage acting like a 24 year old...), I got back to business as usual and had a lot of brie. OMG, I love brie...especially baked brie with jam...yumm. Enough about food, after seven months of performing I'm going to be taking a bit of time off from stage and concentrate on teaching, finishing my next musical, and various workshops, directing, an iphone application that I'm in the process of developing with the talented Andy Drexler! (I'm recording tomorrow Andy:) What are your goals for 2011? Read below to see my goals for 2011. Email me yours and I'll check in with you! (Here's one...no more brie for the rest of the year!) Here's our Holiday card...taken by my one and only photographer Jami of Jami Davis Photography.
 Be creative, Miss Molly Bell

Corporate Creativity & Free Classes with me at Fleet Feet
Fleet Feet Menlo Park and I are joining forces and offering a free Groove Fit class (a little dance, a little cardio, a little strengthening, a little groovey), for you starting in February. Look for more information on this coming soon! Speaking of Fleet Feet...this class got started when the awesome running store had me host what we are calling "Fleet Feet's Best Dance Crew", at their holiday party. I taught a fun easy hip hop routine and then we had a mini competition. The winning group each got a 1/2 days pay! How awesome is that!?! Read about Corporate Creativity and see the competition here! |

Ryder tip of the month
Don't you hate it when you wash your hair in the bath or shower do and get soap in your eyes? Ryder recommends getting goggles (preferably Spider Man) and place over your head while bathing. Now why didn't I think of that?
