It's almost time to pop the champagne, say "goodbye" to 2012, and welcome '13! As usual, Firecreek has a great menu to choose from to celebrate the new year. Make your reservations today as space is limited.
First Course:
Jumbo Lump Crab Napoleon - crab, jersey tomato's, roasted red peppers, English cucumbers, fresh basil and balsamic reduction
Short Rib Ravioli - Handmade braised beef ravioli served with champagne marinara sauce
Second Course:
Aged Sherry Wine Lobster Bisque served with spiced cr�me
Big Apple Salad - sweet and tart apples, baby arugula and frisee, candied walnuts, white cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes and a Dijon vinaigrette
Third Course:
Chef Jamie's Land and Sea - 4oz petite filet and king crab legs served with drawn butter, roasted corn and yam scallop potato and baby carrots
New York Sirloin Strip Steak - roma tomatoes baked with pesto and asiago cheese, applewood bacon and pepperoni hash and cherry demi
Wasabi Tuna - Wasabi and panko crusted tuna cooked rare served with teriyaki glazed bok choy shrimp tempura sushi roll vanilla bean citrus slaw and soy sauce
Fourth Course:
Manhattan Apple Pie - Served with vanilla bean ice cream and carmel sauce
