The ten Extreme Teams are getting ready for the year with team training meetings scheduled later this month.  We can use additional team members so if you have skills in any of these areas and want to get more involved in ECM this year, click here for more details. 

Communications Team: Need people who can share about ECM in a variety of outlets

Fundraising Team: Need connected people who can garner financial resources for ECM 

Logistics Team: Need detailed, organized people to help Work Days run smoothly

Supplies Team: Need business people with contacts with local companies for supplies

Survey Team: Need bilingual people to help communicate with our Spanish speaking neighbors

Video Team: Need people to tell stories through the lens of a video camera

If you're ready to improve your Spanish speaking skills, the next round of conversational Spanish classes begins this week.  The class lasts four Thursdays (March 6, 13, 20, & 27) from 5:30-6:30 pm at the ECM office and costs $20 per person.  Contact Angela for more questions and to register. 

We are looking for individuals and groups to help with an evaluation project on Saturday, March 8 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, meeting at the ECM office.  The goal of this project is to follow-up with the residents ECM volunteers worked with in 2013 in order to complete an evaluation via a conversation with these folks while giving them an opportunity to share about their experience with ECM and their neighborhood.  For more details or to sign-up, contact Angela.
