MAC Partnership
We are excited to announce a new, first-of-its-kind community partnership between FC Richmond and the Midlothian Athletic Club (MAC). This partnership will give FC Richmond and its players a new home for futsal, indoor training, strength training and more!

MAC is offering all FC Richmond families a 25% discount on memberships! FC Richmond families who are already MAC members, can also take advantage of the FC Richmond discount! To receive this special pricing please contact MAC General Manager, Travis Nall directly at  travis@macrichmond.com .
FC Richmond supports Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month
Help FC Richmond go "Beyond the Game" and support Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month by coming out to the following events:

  • U15/16 Metro girls @ CCL II Tournament- River City
  • U12/13 Mystx @ CCL II Tournament - Clover Hill

Do you know FC Richmond players who are going "Beyond the Game"? Every month, we will feature a player or team in our newsletter who is making a difference in their community. Nominate a player you know by sending an email to lynne@fcrichmond.com
Community Outreach & Events Program Manager Introduction
FC Richmond is excited to announce its new Community Outreach & Events Manager, Lynne Ellis. Lynne’s role is to help FC Richmond live out its tagline “Beyond the Game” by connecting players, families, and staff through volunteer opportunities and social events within the club and community. Lynne will manage a new Junior Board of Directors program that will provide leadership opportunities for some of our high school players. She will also assist in the planning of events and special programs. 
NEW Junior Board of Directors Leadership Program
FC Richmond is offering an exciting leadership opportunity for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. We will soon be accepting applications to be a part of Junior Board of Directors. The mission of the Junior Board is help young athletes go “Beyond the Game” and reach their full potential off the field. The Junior board will act on behalf of FC Richmond as ambassadors who will develop leadership skills while engaging FCR families and players in making a difference in our community.

Travel News
  • Congrats to VA Cup Champions: Magic U11, U16 & U17; Mystx U13 & U19; Metro boys U17
  • Our speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention training sessions begin this week at the MAC

  • All Metro teams are preparing for their second year competing in the CCL adidas Fall Festival the weekend of September 22-23. See link for new CCL website https://clubchampionsleague.com/

  • U10 Boys and Girls Travel kicked off their ADSL games September 8th. They will compete in the Advanced Development Soccer League (ADSL) against other local clubs.
Rec News
  • The first recreational games will take place on Saturday, September 15th.
  • We are still accepting players in the Advanced Skills Program. For more information, visit our website 
  • Team and Individual pictures will take place on Saturday, September 22nd. A schedule will be posted soon.
PDP News
  • PDP Boys and Girls to scrimmage FC Richmond U10 Recreation teams September 15th

  • Remember to practice juggling! Juggling checks will take place on September 19th.
