Why not pause in the busy holiday hustle bustle, and do something that will
make you feel real joy; the joy of giving?

People from all over the county visit The James V. Brown Library to use our free services. They come to check out books, conduct research, do their job search, get homework help, and so much more. In 2014, we anticipate even more demand, which is why we need your help to raise$70,000 before the year ends. We are counting on individuals like you to start the new year with the resources we need.

You can help the Library champion the love of reading, open new doors to lifelong learning, and ensure the preservation of public library services for future generations.

The IRA charitable rollover is back for 2013!

Donors age 70 or older are once again eligible to transfer up to $100,000 annually from their IRAs directly to qualified charities-including The James V. Brown Library-without having to pay income taxes on the funds transferred.

For more information about this exciting opportunity to support the Library in a tax-advantaged manner, contact Robin Glossner at 570-326-0536 X135 or rglossner@jvbrown.edu.
