CRAFT IN YOUR CUP

Our Head Roaster's not usually an emoticon guy, but the bright and citrusy Alchemy #7 has him gushing, "Totally awesome :-)"!

Hailing from the Idido Co-op in Ethiopia, this coffee is close to the hearts of both roasters Derek and Ivoire, as they've both been to the birthplace of coffee and seen the countryside firsthand, shared in coffee ceremonies, and met the farmers behind the beans. You can see their love for this coffee in the handwritten lab notes and and meticulous illustrations that accompany every bag.

BIRCHWOOD CAFE: IT'S GROW TIME

We've been working with the Birchwood Cafe for almost 15 years. A pioneer of locally-sourced, ethically grown, delicious food since before those were buzzwords, they're now a Twin Cities icon. Tucked away on a quiet block in the Seward neighborhood, it's hard to catch them at a slow time or score a seat on their beautiful patio. That's why they're raising money to expand their operations and bring even more joy (and amazing pie) to food lovers!
