Sign the petition, call president Obama, donate. All of these things can be done here. You can also mail donations directly to the Tribes at Sacred Stone Camp | PO Box 1011 | Fort Yates ND 58538. Alternately, if you would like to drop off donations at our office, we will be mailing them packages on December 5th. Please feel free to stop by our office anytime between 9:30am-4pm Mon-Fri of next week. Call first and we will come down and receive your donation 206-307-2270. Our address is 4615 Aurora Ave N Seattle WA 98103. We are a black building on the W side of Aurora. Parking on Aurora, in front of our building is safe & free between 9am-3pm. During other times you may park on 46th or 47th Ave N. What kind of donations are needed? Food, money, wool clothing, items to keep warm & anything else you feel is appropriate. All of these non-violent protesters are camping out in below-freezing weather right now.

If you are yet unfamiliar with what is happening right now at Standing Rock, we encourage you to watch this 8 minute video here. There are currently over 300 Native American tribes non-violently protesting a 3.9 billion dollar pipeline on their lands. The issues here are regarding exploitation of resources and the victimization and violence on our native peoples. Currently, our military - and others - are using dogs, mace, and other violent means to try to silence the protesters. Just this week a 21 year old activist lost her arm as a result of a police concussion grenade.
