This summer, Ohio State will host 25 young professionals from across Africa for the
Mandela Washington Fellowship
(MWF), a six-week flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative.
Washington Mandela Fellows are men and women between 25 and 35, who have established records of accomplishment in promoting innovation and positive change in their respective organizations by being engaged in community development and youth mentorship.
In order to provide the fellows with an authentic and meaningful experience, we invite students, professionals, community leaders and all individuals in Columbus who are passionate about engaging with their local and global communities to volunteer for the program by serving as cultural ambassadors for the United States and Columbus.
