  Whitefish Bay TALKS: 
Tim O'Driscoll
"Keeping Track of the Brewers"
Tuesday, March 14, 6:30pm
Tim O'Driscoll has been the official score keeper of the Milwaukee Brewers for the past 30 years. 

In that time he's scored more than 2,200 baseball games. For this Whitefish Bay Talk Tim will regale us with stories about our favorite baseball team (Go Brewers!), share his favorite interactions about players and coaches and talk about his experiences working for the Major Baseball League. 

About Tim: Since 1987 Tim has been employed by Major League Baseball as the Official Scorer for the Milwaukee Brewers National League Baseball Team. Tim was a Social Studies teach at Arrowhead High School. He is currently the Director of the Lakeland College Center for Economic Education in Milwaukee.

Join us for some Vinyasa flow yoga, which incorporates moving in and out of the asanas (poses) with breath. All levels of experience are welcome, and the instructor will give modifications as needed for those newer to the practice. Please bring your mat, water, and any props that would be beneficial.
Friends of the Whitefish Bay Library Writing Contest Reception

Friends of the Whitefish Bay Library are holding a reception for the winners of their 5th Annual Writing Contest. Winners will be on hand to read their winning stories and poems. This event is open to the public.

Build the tallest tower possible that will support the marshmallow  using spaghetti, tape and string. Brainstorm, experiment, problem-solve, and think creatively at this challenge that's sweeping the nation. 
Smart Cookie Club: Bird Nest Building

Celebrate spring by working on your nest building skills. We'll learn about different types of birds and their nests, and then we'll use natural materials and ordinary household objects to create our own.
