Executive Director's Message

I'm a few months into this job now, and I'm greatly enjoying the experience.  GCPPA has a great Board of Directors that has worked so hard to help my team and me with the transition, and the association members with whom I've spoken and met at our events have been warm and welcoming.  Collectively, we recognize that we've experienced a few bumps in the road but I compare it to the work I've seen along 75 or 95.  Sure, there are unforeseen lane closures and construction, but just think about how smooth a ride it's going to be once the work is completed!

As they have in years past, Joseph Miller of AiA/LogoTools, and Mike Schenker, GCPPA Executive Director, will once again be returning to Washington, DC this April, as part of PPAI's annual Legislative Education and Action Day (LEAD). Joe and Mike, and many other volunteers from across the country, will meet with legislators and their aides on behalf of PPAI and its members, making sure that our elected officials are aware of how legislation can affect our industry, while also making them aware of the power of promotional products.

ADMINTS & ZAGABOR ACHIEVES QCA ACCREDITATION
The company joins 30 other currently accredited companies that have met the rigorous qualifications to receive the promotional products industry's only certification dedicated to product quality, product safety, supply chain security, social accountability and environmental stewardship.
                                                                          
"Achieving QCA Accreditation has been challenging, as we've had a busy year integrating with HIT Promotional Products and managing our continued growth within the industry. Yet our team was able to upgrade our systems and implement many operational improvements while reinvesting in new technology, product offerings, inventory and personnel," said Brett Hersh, Admints & Zagabor president. "But the process has been extremely beneficial and rewarding. With so many different opinions and testing companies talking about product safety, quality assurance and social accountability, it became clear that achieving QCA Certification was the only way for us to meet the expectations of our customers and their end-user clients."
