Join us for Sound Healing Meditations at various venues. 

Experience the magic of Tibetan singing bowls, and float on the sound vibrations into a deeply meditative state. Allow the sound healing to push your re-set button and bring about a restorative state at the cellular level, in which you feel a deep reconnection with the primordial OM energy of the earth and the universe.

No experience necessary. No reservations necessary.  Meditation beginners welcome! Out of consideration for fellow meditators, please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
 
Bring along a yoga mat (or comfortable pad), cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water and anything else to make you feel comfortable while lying down. You can bring a comfortable folding chair or lie on a mat.
