Got Two Friends and Three Phones? We Need your Help with the "Vote No" to Amendment #1 Phone Campaign
The Fight Against the State Takeover is Winning, but Your Help is Critical

WSB reported this week that the fight against Amendment #1 is winning, and our lead is growing. However, 22% of Georgia voters are undecided, and they can swing the vote either way. Because of the misleading ballot language, voters without prior knowledge of what the state takeover amendment entails are likely to vote for the amendment.  The Keep Georgia Schools Local (KGSL) campaign needs your help in educating Georgia voters about the dangers of the state power grab.
Host an Anti-Amendment #1 Phone Banking Party from your House

KGSL is recruiting volunteers for its biggest need--reaching out to Georgia voters by phone to tell them more about Amendment #1. The campaign has written a script, ensuring volunteers have all the best information and strongest messages regarding the state takeover's impact on local communities.  Though phone bank volunteers will use their own phones at a time and location convenient to the volunteers, they  will contact potential voters via KGSL technology, ensuring that volunteers' personal phone numbers remain private.

This means you and two or more friends can gather for an anti-OSD phone banking party. An easy way to impact positive change during a negative 2016 election cycle.
I'm Interested. How Does Phone Banking Work?

At least three phone bank volunteers must work together at the same time, though they don't necessarily need to be in the same location. In addition if you want to schedule a time individually with KGSL when you are available, please do and KGSL will make sure other volunteers are calling at the same time. Phone banking occurs at a time and location convenient for those involved, but volunteers must work through Kamau Franklin with the KGSL campaign at [email protected] to use campaign technology to connect via phone to potential Georgia voters.

Please contact Kamau today to do your part reaching the 22% of Georgia voters who haven't made up their minds about Amendment #1. Let's work together to #keepGAschoolslocal!
