Last month, Florida PTA created a candidate questionnaire and distributed it to all candidates running for Governor, whose names will appear on the ballot. The questions addressed topics important to the well-being of our children including their top priorities for improving public education, increasing bilingual opportunities for English Language Learner students, and ensuring safe and secure school environments. The candidates were given several weeks to complete the online questionnaire and submit to the Legislative Committee. All received responses, in their entirety, are posted on our website.
