Following 9/11, the GPBA planted a Remembrance Garden in front of the 13th Precinct. This garden has been maintained and planted throughout the years by GPBA Board Member Kathleen Scupp, including on Easter, Memorial Day, 9/11 and Christmas. 

The GPBA plaque on the Garden reads "NYPD YOU MAKE US PROUD."

The Gramercy Park neighborhood is generally considered to be from 15th St to 23rd St, and Park Ave South to 1st Ave.

The priciest neighborhoods are all downtown and include: NoMad (1), Flatiron and Tribeca (tied for 2nd), West Village (5), Chelsea (6), and Greenwich Village (7).
