We've been in our new space for a few months now, and we haven't even had a party yet! Well, not one for us, anyways. So, we figured why not this Saturday? Come by for some food, giveaways, and some great deals!

Spring Clinics
April showers bring May flowers, and our next round of clinics! Our next Couch to 5k clinic and 10k clinic start on Tuesday, April 21st at 6:00 pm.
Our clinics are a fun and social way to start running, or keep building up to that next goal. They meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm, along with an optional run Saturday morning at 8:00 am. They're a great way to get fit, meet new people, and start some wonderful habits.

Check out Guelph's newest 5k race coming up in early May!
What: Run for Mom 5k and 1 mile race
When: Sunday, May 3rd at 10:00 am
Cost: $25 for the 5km, $10 for the 1 mile

We're Now Open on Sunday!
One of the reasons why we moved is so we can be more convenient for you to get to. Along those lines, we've extended our weekday hours, and we're now open on Sunday! Here are our hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
