Greetings!

Can someone please tell me where September went? It's hard to believe that Halloween is next week, I just got my decorations out last weekend.
Program Updates
GrapeVine Sessions
Our streak of consecutive months with sessions has come to an end as there were no sessions held in August.

There were several sessions scheduled in September and I will report on those in next month's newsletter.

Remember, we are now sending out follow-up surveys four weeks after your sessions so please get your paperwork sent in as soon as possible.

Looking Ahead
We will be working on a new unit relating to obesity/diabetes for 2014.  If any of you are interested in being a part of the focus/pilot group for this unit, please contact Sue Richards at 608-251-1675, Ext. 106 or srichards@wwhf.org

Healthy Aging Brain Unit Trainings

We held three trainings on the new Healthy Aging Brain Unit during September and October, bringing the total number of nurses trained on this unit to 31.

We will be holding more trainings next year on this unit and hope that the rest of you will be able to attend.

Comments from nurses regarding the training:

09/18/13 - "Good information, loved the video clips, well organized.  Thank you for all the materials."

10/10/13 - "Great teachers.  Education was amazing!"
