car Friday, August 18 marks the fourth and final Summer of Cruise-In's at Sonic in Woodland Park (weather permitting). Street Rods and Customs from around the area meet to show off their vehicles from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Join us for a little ice cream. Everyone is welcome. Historical Society Offers Free Guided Tours of History Park and Downtown Walking Tour
Historical Building
Take a walk through the bygone days with Ute Pass Historical Society! The two daily tours of the five buildings comprising History Park begin at 11am and noon Saturdays. Exhibits and contents are frequently refashioned so "come again for the first time!"

The 90-minute Walking Tour of Downtown Woodland Park begins at 10:30am Saturdays.  Please arrive at the UPHS Museum Center by 10:15am. The Center is located at 231 E. Henrietta Avenue, next to the Woodland Park Public Library. Don't forget to bring plenty of water and a light sweater.

While at History Park, visit the Olde Curiosity Gift Shop which offers an extensive selection of books and unique gift items. The Gift Shop is located in the Museum Center and is open year-round, Wednesdays through Saturdays, 10am to 3pm.

Country Lodge Join us on Monday, August 21, for the Woodland Country Lodge Pub Solar Eclipse Venue! We will open at 11:00 am for lunch. Purchase a lunch special and get a free pair of NASA approved eclipse glasses (while supplies last). Then sit back, relax and enjoy your lunch. You will view this amazing event as the total eclipse of the sun traverses the middle of the United States right from our back deck! This is sure to be a memorable time. We hope to see you there!
