KRCC Extends Coverage to Woodland Park

NPR Colorado College's NPR-member station, 91.5 KRCC, is extending and improving its coverage northwestward with a newly acquired 100-watt transmitter located in Woodland Park. The new transmitter, which will be operating at the frequency 89.5 FM, is already carrying 91.5 KRCC programming.

"Our dedication to providing the best and most relevant local news coverage and NPR has never been stronger, as well as developing our evening music service. We are very happy to strengthen our signal to include more communities," says 91.5 KRCC General Manager Tammy Terwelp.

Museum Hosting Ghost Walks

Cripple Creek Museum

The Cripple Creek District Museum is offering ghost walks through Cripple Creek each Saturday at 1PM.  Come and hear our real stories and you may even see someone from the 1800's

The Gallery at Pikes Peak is delighted to show once again the creative original artwork of our local artist Carlene Toy. Our majestic mountains and wildlife present her with abundant material for her award winning landscape and feather paintings.
The Gallery is also continuing to show Jalond Rawson's ever so popular custom framed 7" x 9" critter and landscape photos.

Please take a few moments and visit the hospital gift shop which also showcases
other locally made artwork, including greeting cards, jewelry, pottery, wooden and ceramic bowls and other gift items. A portion of every sale is donated to the PPRMC Foundation.
