Start Feeling Better and Moving Easier Again

Want some tools you can use at home to help yourself? This Workshop Series is for you if:
  • You want to be active but pain or immobility is holding you back
  • You know you should do something but you just don't know WHAT
  • You've been told you're just getting old and you should just learn to live with it
  • You have had surgery or an injury and you just can't "move right"
  • You have pain and you're looking for a natural solution, because you hate taking medications, even over-the-counter
  • You like to take care of yourself but need just a bit of guidance to get started
  • You have tried other solutions for your pain, stiffness, or immobility and it just didn't work like you had hoped
If this sounds like you, won't you join me for one of the physical therapist-led Myofascial Release Self-Care Workshop Series listed below? Call Justine Calderwood, PT at 719.270.1123 or email justine@healingspotpt.com.
