This coming Monday evening,
June 11th at 6:30pm, MCC will host our
Annual Business Meeting
for all active members of the church family.
If you recently completed our membership process at MCC, you’ll recall this is an evening we set aside in early June each year for our members to gather together, celebrate the year behind, and make decisions for the year(s) ahead. In all candor, some years feel more mundane than others, but all years include significant topics like leadership nominations and financial decisions.
Our 2018 Annual Meeting will involve receiving committee/board, staff, and corporate officer reports. The meeting will include for vote a recommended slate of church nominees like elders & deacons. We’ll also vote upon the new ministry year’s budget, celebrate the acquisition of new properties, and look ahead to the next phase of our facility upgrades - the parking lot expansion.
If possible, please clear your schedule to join us
this Monday evening, June 11th, at 6:30pm.
Full childcare will be provided and you can expect the meeting to last somewhere in the 60-90 minute range.
