SOFT SHELL CRABS ARE HERE!
 One of the most delicious signs of spring is when the blue crabs off the East Coast lose their hard shells, and fishermen gather them up for our dining pleasure. We clean them for you, all you need to do is cook them, which takes minutes. We like ours dredged in seasoned flour, then sauteed in a little olive oil and herb butter, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
