Dear Girl Scout Family

This past weekend my daughter came home from college to help me work on a special project for Girl Scouts. While our hands kept busy, we chatted about Girl Scout memories. There was the time we were doing our Adopt a Highway project in the rain, moving cases of cookies on the dolly (and getting a "ride" back), and silly camp songs. Of all the things I love about being a Girl Scout, special family times are the dearest to my heart.  It makes me so happy that even though my daughter is grown our Girl Scout fun times continue.

I sincerely hope you are building your own cache of wonderful memories in Girl Scouts. If you're willing to share a  special moment, please post to our Facebook page, Leadership Stories Blog, or just reply to this e-mail.

Today we open the first of our summer camp sessions: Family Camp, She & I, and He & I. We chose to open the camp season early for families (and grandparents)  who may want to give the gift of time together in the outdoors this summer. We are offering a FREE commemorative ornament who register (supplies limited). We will also be offering a FREE t-shirt for girls who participate in early bird registration.

Troop Camp, Resident Camp, and Wilderness Canoe Trip sessions which will be available in early January. If you would like to gift a Gift Certificate, let us know.

Three cheers for great Girl Scout (family) memories: Hip, Hip ... !
