I always thought of myself as healthy.    I ate what I thought was healthy.  I looked good because I exercised often, ate a decent diet, took supplements, prayed and attempted to have a good attitude.

 

What I realized was that I was hiding something even from myself.  You know how someone will ask you how you're doing and we respond "fine" all the while we aren't?  Well, those were my answers for feeling good.  "I feel good, etc!"  Truth is I was kidding myself.  For all I did, I just felt ok.  I functioned but it took me forever to really get going in the morning.  I was tired and sluggish most of the day.  I had foggy thinking and my eyesight kept getting worse. 

 

I had symptoms that I ignored or knew better by false labeling them: "getting older", "that's just life", "it's stress...it will get better when...", etc.  I was enabling myself not to take responsibility and/or to not look deeper into why and to fully live with the energy and vitality that I deserved.  I had to make a change!   It's a great place to come to when we came to the end of our rope and say "enough is enough"!  


 
I started researching the people that not just looked the best, but performed at a higher level.  I didn't look to doctors for the answers because they so often just treat the symptoms.  I looked at other people in other cultures in other countries.  I looked at healers that promoted good health, however, I saw how even many vegans/vegetarians where still unhealthy.   


 
After all the research I found I found the reason why so many are unheathy (even vegans/vegetarians) is because they still ate a lot of dead food or food that zaps our energy and vitality like pasta, sugar and dairy.  I found out that we were sold a bill of goods with good marketing.  

 

BUT, I also discovered people that made a decision with a strong conviction and completely transformed their health and their lives!

 

The answers to health are so much simpler than you think. It begins with knowing what NOT to do anymore. Then cleaning out your body, mind and life... and only putting things back in that nature intended. The transformation can be seriously life changing! 
 

 A good start:  

  1. Realize that YOU have the ability to heal yourself completely! 
  2. Detox the garbage in your body, mind and spirit.
  3. Eat live food. 
  4. Protect your mind and heart.

You have everything you need to heal yourself.  I know this because I read about and saw the amazing positive transformations in so many people.  Start by protecting your precious mind and heart with the negative junk that only leads to junk.  

 

So often than not we fall victim to habit.  We must learn to be mindful of what we think about!  This is so very important because it sets the stage for staying right where we are at...which will make us only get worse or we can become victorious through positive thinking and forward motion.  The past only matters for why we got here.  Let the passion for renewal and to be a positive light to yourself and others be the fuel for your future. 

 

I used to be a personal Fitness Trainer.  I would interview someone and tell them that your body is more important than your taste buds....taste buds can be re-trained however a damaged body cannot always recover.    The biggest component of their success or lack of was always the same - it was their internal verbiage (or gar-biage). 

 

Regardless of the money you have or the influences (bad or good) around you, YOU do have control over YOU.   When you make that FIRM decision for change, you start to empower yourself!  You also inspire others around you that you care about to do the same.   You change the 'get sick then get a pill to mask it' cycle.  You start to change our health care system.  You stop the madness of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc...and just not living to our fullest potential.  As you feel and get better, the more energized you become and a whole new world opens up for you.

 

True freedom and a sense of peace that does not come from having more but rather having less.    Detox by releasing the stresses from your life.  The more "stuff" we have, the more we have to take care of and worry about.  Accumulation of stuff is not what we were put here for and is not what truly makes us happy.  Giving, serving and doing the things that you feel passion about IS! 

The other part of detox is for your body.  We accumulate many toxins from the air, water, food and chemicals we put on our skin.  They can wreak havoc on our bodies.   All of our bodily system like nervous, endocrine, muscular, skeletal, etc..and our millions of cells all function good or bad in accordance with what we feed it.  Getting rid of all that junk begins the healing process.   Living food gives and restores life to us. Dead food runs us down and slowly destroys it (that would be like cheap gas giving your high performance car). 

 

So whatever you put in your body, your mind or your heart/spirit, make sure that it heals, supports, encourages, and gives it the positive fuel that you deserve.  You're worth it!

Massage has its greatest benefits over time. The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative, so the more often you get a massage, the better you will feel and the more quickly your body will respond. From one session to the next, relaxation deepens as the chronic patterns of stress in the body are affected and released. If you're getting massage to address chronic muscular tension or recovery from a soft tissue injury, more than one session is needed.  

 

Although I have had to change my pricing structure to meet financial demands where it now cost $10.00 add-on charge for the combination of hot stones, warm towels and a foot scrub, when you purchase a package deal, these will be included.

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Freshen your mouth

Some swear by using a rinse of apple cider vinegar mixed with water and swished about the mouth to reduce bad breath.
