Chris Pottage (Skanska)

The financial benefits of improved health and well-being - as a result improved productivity

In this presentation Chris will talk a little about his background working for Skanska in London bidding for and delivering Energy Performance Contracts in the public and private sectors as a precursor to his interest and subsequent research into enhancing the business case for investment in green buildings.

Colin Harrop (JLL)
