Andrew McQuillan , Superintendent of the Whirlpool Golf Course in Niagara Falls, Ontario was the lucky winner of the All-Inclusive registration package for the 2017 Canadian Golf Course Management Conference (CGCMC) in Victoria, British Columbia from February 28 - March 2, 2017. .
