June 21, 2012 - The WCR All-Stars have been traveling to other cities to visit their wide fan base and to show the competition just what the Windy City is made of. Read on to see what we’ve been up to!
WCR vs. MNRG Bout Ends in Uncertainty
Ranked #1 in the North Central Region, your WCR All-Stars faced the talented and hungry #2 ranked Minnesota RollerGirls All-Stars on Saturday, June 16. In what proved to be one of the most exciting bouts of the year, these two well-matched teams battled constant lead changes until the final whistle. Due to a scoring discrepancy, the ruling on the official score has been sent to the WFTDA for a final decision.

WCR Eclipses North Star
The WCR All-Stars delivered a devastating blow to the North Star Roller Girls Supernovas on Sunday, June 17, with a final score of 424-46. With Athena DeCrime and Unicoroner putting huge points on the scoreboard and an impenetrable defense of Bork Bork Bork, Ol’ Drrrty Go-Go, and recent transfer KonichiWOW, North Star didn’t have much of a chance to get any momentum going.
