On Sunday, September
26th, chef George Mendes continues his Guest Chef Dinner series at
ALDEA and opens up the kitchen to some of his buddies, who happen
to be four of NYC's most lauded pastry chefs. This time there's a
bit of a twist: each of these pastry chefs will cook one savory
course inspired by dishes on the Aldea menu, while Mendes will try
his hand at dessert.
The menu includes five
courses plus wine pairings from Bayfield Importing, featuring
champagne from Duval Leroy.
$150 per person, the pastry chef
