They know you are rusty and weather could be suspect, so it is our EASY COURSE DAY. The tees are moved up, there may be a few extra pins on the greens and the cups might be a little bit bigger. Demo techs from the manufacturers will be there to answer all your questions and get you into the right equipment. BOOT CAMP EXPRESS

H-F Racquet & Fitness Club
Designed for those who don't have hours to spend in the gym. This boot camp style 30-minute workout combines intervals and circuits, utilizing kettle bells, the TRX and your own body weight. All fitness levels welcome; limited class size. Club membership not required.
