Keep an eye out as you travel around the towns this summer - can you spot our 'Munch Bunch' in local businesses and offices?  Every week they'll change location, so if you see Burnie, Slice, or Thumbelina, stop in and record the location to enter our raffle. Contest ends Aug. 19.

Catch these last programs of the summer: Vehicle Night Wed. 3 at 6:00, Spoonman! performs Wed. 10 at 6:30, Countdown to Kindergarten Mon. 15 at 6:30.  The programs conclude with the Summer Reader Ice Cream Party on Wed. 15: to attend you must RSVP and you must bring your reading log as your admission ticket.
Paws to Read with Tessie the Therapy Dog on Fri. 12 or Tues. 23 - stop by to sign up for your personal time slot.

Wednesday Night Book Club  Herman Koch's The Dinner is up for discussion on the 3rd at 7:00. Next up is Anthony Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential Sept. 7.
Literary Luncheon on hiatus for the summer, instead, join us for the 
Adult Summer Reading program wraps up on the 9th at 11:00 with historical fiction Rebel Queen by Michelle Moran.
 
Literary Luncheon resumes Sept. 20 with Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy at 11:30 - bring your brown-bag luncheon.

Tuesday Tastings (A Cookbook Bookclub) resumes on the 13th with ITALIAN as the featured cuisine. Please RSVP to Nancy with your dish by Thur. 9/8.
