Like two rough emeralds rubbing against one another to become shiny, relationships go through hardships. But if you're open and willing, you will find the beauty in a rough journey.

My life completely changed when I stopped obsessing over the past, worrying about the future, and decided to live in the present. Every relationship is here to teach an important lesson. Send love and light to everyone in your life, past and present. I'd like to tell those people, 'Thank you for teaching me lessons, helping me learn, and making me who I am today.'

I want to take a moment to thank my daughter, friends, family, clients, team, business partners, and everyone in my life. I honor and cherish you all. Hope I was a blessing for you, like you are in my life.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect. Be Thankful for the people who are the most dear to you.  I am very thankful for my family and friends.  I have been blessed to be surrounded by the most amazing people. I am also thankful and blessed to have good health.

MINI APPLE PIE

Crust Ingredients:
-1 cup almond

-1 cup almond flour

-1 tsp coconut sugar

-3 Tbsp butter

-2 tbsp ice cold water

Crust Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and form a ball of dough. 
2. Remove it and cover in plastic wrap for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
3. After 30 minutes roll it out

Filling Ingredients:
-2 medium fuji apples peeled, sliced, and diced
-1 tbsp almond flour

-½ tsp cinnamon

-Lemon Juice from 1 small lemon

-1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions: 
1. In a small muffin mold, place your crust.
2. Add the filling and bake for 22-28 minutes, or until golden brown
3. Cool and Enjoy! 

MINI STUFFING POPPERS

Ingredients:
- 16 oz ready made stuffing or leftover stuffing
½ cup leftover turkey (shredded)
- 1 cup panko

Directions:
1. Combine the 3 ingredients
2. Separately prepare an egg bath and a panko breading
3. Create a breading for the poppers
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes. 

Tip: Dip them in cranberry sauce and enjoy!
