Dear Friends,

It might be cold outside, but things are heating up at at HDF!

The Statewide Downpayment Assistance program is off to a strong start in time for the Spring homebuying season. We've secured more than $12mm in commitments for our SmartMove Downpayment assistance program and brought on some great new partners. We will embark on several new multifamily housing initiatives this year, and we're gearing up for our annual benefit breakfast in the spring.
