The Indo-American Heritage Museum is creating a video portrait of the Indian American community in Chicago and its suburbs, and you can be a part of it! Send in your digital images and videos of Indian Americans:
- Arriving in Chicago
- At work in different occupations
- Celebrating holidays and life events such as births, graduations, weddings
- Participating in ceremonies
- Mobilizing for causes
- Serving community
- Connecting with the homeland
The video will be showcased at the Field Museum during the upcoming Smithsonian exhibition Beyond Bollywood: Indian Americans Shape the Nation.
