Shred APRIL SHREDDING EVENT @ CLUBHOUSE
Volunteer needed to help with event
  • Week of or before event-Volunteer posts banners in community 
  • At event: Volunteer monitors event 
    • If volunteer and driver agree volunteer may leave event and be available by phone.  
  • End of event: Volunteer meets driver and signs off regarding event.
Event scheduled for April 29, 2017 from 1pm - 4pm

Design Review Requests (DRRs) :
  • Once the Design Review Committee (DRC) receives your DRR, they will contact you with a written decision within 30 days.
  • If the DRC has to contact the submitter for additional information, written approval may be delayed.
  • Only DRRs submitted by Heritage Hills homeowners will be accepted.
  • Do not start an exterior improvement until AFTER you have received written approval to proceed.  
  • Changes to approved requests must be submitted to the DRC for approval
Be a Considerate Pet Owner
  • Please pick up after your dog! Poop bag dispensers have been placed along the Parkway to help dog owners pick up after their pets. If the dispensers are empty, advise our Community Manager, Shannon Torgerson at [email protected]
  • Domesticated pets must be on leashes when outside of your fenced back yard.
DIRECTORY DIRECTORY UPDATE
  • The PDF version of the Directory will be available in March-contact [email protected] to request the PDF version.
  • Editing of your listing must be done on a desktop or laptop computer. 
  • Directory has been expanded to include: 
    • Services offered by residents (N2N Services) Note: service provider must be in the Directory and have a username.
    • Vendor Referrals - Note: Only Directory participants may add referrals.  
  • To add to the Services and Sponsors section of the Directory website:
    1. click on the Services and Sponsors tab 
    2. click on the "Add New Vendor Referral" or "Add New N2N Service" tab 
    3. fill in the New Record online form.
Please note: 
  • N2N service providers must be in the Directory and have a username-required field in the New N2N Record form.
  • Only Directory participants may add referrals.
  • All additions must be approved by the Administrator before they are visible to other Directory members. The Administrator reviews addition requests weekly. 
  • To quickly find your own listing after you have logged in on a desktop or laptop computer click on the My Household tab near the top of the Directory webpage.
  • To quickly find your own listing using the HOA app from the menu screen click on Neighbors list and type in your last name or click on Dwellings List and type in your address.
  • If you want to access the Directory on any device other than a desktop or laptop computer, you need to download the AtoZ app for Homeowners Associations. Find the HOA app here in the App Store or the Neighborhood app at Google Play

SERVICES LIST MOVES TO DIRECTORY
If you want to see what Services your neighbors are offering, 
such as babysitting, shoveling, etc.:
  • Login to the Directory using a laptop or desktop computer
  • Click on the "Services and Sponsors" tab.  
The current Services List document will not be available 
after March 31, 2017.
