  • If you encounter a pushy solicitor, call the LTPD non-emergency line
  • Keep your garage closed, even if you are just inside or in the backyard
  • Do not leave garage door openers in cars parked in your driveway
  • Set lights on timers if you are out of town so it looks like you are home
  • If you are going out of town, please notify the LTPD via their non-emergency line or complete the Property Watch form on the City of Lone Tree website
  • If you see ANYTHING out of ordinary in the neighborhood or suspicious behavior, please call the LTPD non-emergency line immediately with specifics
  • Know the whereabouts of your children
  • Please discuss safety strategies with your children, specifically being approached by a stranger or strange vehicle
  • Consider security cameras on your property

HOA Board actions include:
  • Preparing for May 16  vote on the Safety and Security Committee (SSC) Charter.
  • Preparing for review of volunteer applications associated with the SSC. See Volunteer Opportunities article below for ways to help this new Committee.
  • Reviewing street easement request from the District
METROMETRO DISTRICT UPDATE
Summer is right around the corner and there are numerous projects that will impact you in some way that have already started or will be starting soon.  Keep an eye out in your mailbox for the Summer Newsletter which details these projects, changes to the Pool policy and a 
new gate access code.

HOAHELPONLINE VOTING PROGRAMS
The HOA is looking for resident(s) willing to share their experience and/or knowledge regarding online services that handle proxy and corporate voting.

HOA has several upcoming issues that may need to be voted on by all homeowners and the Board believes an online service may help accomplish that.

  • Tennis Professionals who charge a fee for lessons must be approved by the Tennis Committee before using Heritage Hills tennis court for lessons.  
  • Heritage Hills residents should not participate in tennis lessons with a Tennis Professional who has not been approved by the Tennis Committee.

SHRED SHREDDING EVENT AT CLUBHOUSE
Saturday, June 24, 2017
9am - Noon

A mobile shredding truck will be on site to shred your sensitive documents.
There is NO charge for this program.
Household and business records welcome! Please limit quantities-household records will be the priority.
 
Material does not have to be boxed and there is no need to remove staples, paper clips, file folders, hanging files or spirals.
 
All paper is recycled, so DO NOT include any vinyl or plastic products,
such as credit cards or CD'S.
