HHF DAP System
KHC apologizes for the HHF DAP system issues. Unfortunately, the volume at 10 a.m. exceeded the ability to handle the import and reservation system. At this time, 200 loans have been imported and we will honor those reservations. We are in the process of contacting everyone to gather information to complete the reservation for you on these loans.
If you have uploaded a file and not been contacted yet, we need the following information:
- Borrower name
- Borrower address
- Loan officer
- Processor
- Lender name
- Lender address
For the remaining potential 200 reservations, we are still working on a solution and will not allow imports until later this afternoon.
