TIP OF THE MONTH

What if there is an emergency while an outside group is using your facility?

Do they have a key point of contact inside your organization? Will that person answer the phone? Are there evacuation routes posted in the spaces that outside groups use? Emergency planning is not simply for the times your organization uses the space. As you are making your plans be sure to take into account others that use your facility.
