2007 Miraflores El Dorado Zinfandel                              

Spicy and vibrant the 2007 Zinfandel shows deep and jammy aroma of blackberry, blueberry, white pepper and cherry pie. The mouth is soft and full with a velvety mouth feel with a long warm finish.

Dense and muscular, but loaded with deep, rich fruit. Black currant and bittersweet chocolate aromas lead to complex black cherry, fresh anise and loamy white pepper flavors. The tannins are ripe but powerful. Patience required. Best from 2012 through 2016.
